Nick Moskevich


Background and Experience

Nick is a passionate advocate whose practice focuses on employment litigation. He advises and represents clients through all phases of complex disputes, taking a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to achieving their goals.

Prior to joining GPMBF, Nick was a litigation associate at a large commercial litigation firm where he handled complex contractual disputes, government investigations, and aviation matters.

In the Denver community, Nick serves on the Board of Directors of the Sakura Foundation, supporting its mission to promote Japanese and Japanese American culture and heritage. He also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on federal pro se and immigration matters, recently securing protection under the Convention Against Torture for a client facing deportation to El Salvador.

Nick earned his J.D. from the University of Denver, where he served as an Associate Editor of the Denver Law Review. Additionally, as a student attorney in the University of Denver Veterans Advocacy Program, he worked closely with injured combat veterans to ensure they received the medical and disability benefits their service warranted.

Before he was a lawyer, Nick served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy. Stationed in Yokosuka, Japan, aboard the USS Cowpens and USS Antietam, he served as Anti-Submarine Warfare Officer, Strike Warfare Officer, and Fire Control Officer. Ashore, he was an Integrated Air and Missile Defense Warfare Tactics Instructor in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. In 2016, Nick received the Surface Navy Association’s Admiral Arleigh Burke Operational Excellence Award in recognition of his contributions to naval tactics.

Nick holds degrees in Neuroscience and Biology from Brandeis University.
