Lys is an experienced trial attorney, focusing her practice on employment litigation. Before joining GPMBF, Lys worked at a national labor and employment law firm, where she both litigated cases and provided ongoing advice and counsel to employers navigating Colorado’s complex legal landscape.

Lys’ extensive trial experience began with her work as a Senior Deputy District Attorney in the Boulder County District Attorney’s Office, where she acted as the Office’s expert in domestic violence prosecution.
