Background and ExperienceHobbies and Interests

Natalie Klee is a dynamic litigator with significant courtroom experience.  For example, in STAQ Pharma, Inc. v. Allison Medical, Inc. (Denver County 20CV32738), she secured a $1.5 million jury verdict for her client. As an Assistant Attorney General (“AAG”), she obtained a jury finding of contempt for charitable fraud in a one-week quasi-criminal jury trial. See State of Colorado v. Boobies Rock (Denver County 13CV32857).

Natalie understands the importance of tailoring litigation strategies to the goals and circumstances of each client and matter. In addition to handling all phases of litigation, Natalie has guided clients through alternative dispute resolution. For instance, Natalie has arbitrated a commercial dispute involving patents and trademarks.

Before joining GPMBF, Natalie was at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP in Denver, where she represented clients in commercial litigation matters. Natalie began her legal career as an AAG at the Colorado Attorney General’s Office. As an AAG, Natalie balanced a caseload of litigation and investigations into alleged violations of consumer protection and antitrust laws.

In law school, she was the Articles Editor for the Denver Law Review. She also interned for the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, Colorado Lawyers Committee, and for Judge Catherine Lemon with the Denver District Court.
